I own a business that specializes in rehabbing homes and have currently completed 4 flips and own 5 rental units. From my investment experience, I have built a network of suppliers, individual tradesmen, lenders, inspectors, and other real estate investors throughout Chicago that I always refer my clients to whenever they need assistance.
